Ray Sample and Vil Areola met while studying music at Union College in Lincoln Nebraska.

It didn’t take them long to discover that they shared the same love for inspirational music and many happy hours were spent in what they called “jam sessions” where they simply would go through the hymnal, spontaneously creating their own arrangements.

My Heart Sings Vol 1   2010

During December of 2009 Ray felt God's call into full time music and the word ministry. Over the past several years Ray has written a number of songs and arranged more hymns for celebrating God's love. This album is really his debut album because it comes at the beginning of his stepping out in faith in full time ministry. "My Heart Sings" really says it all. Most who have heard Ray sing will agree that it truly comes from his heart.
